We, Forest Fields Primary School, are the ‘data controller’ for the purposes of data protection law.
While the majority of information we collect about pupils is mandatory, there is some information that can be provided voluntarily.

We keep personal information about pupils while they are attending our school. We may also keep it beyond their attendance at our school if this is necessary in order to comply with our legal obligations. We aim to keep your data safe and secure and ensure that anyone we share your information with also meets our data security requirements. To reduce the risk of unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and secure the correct use of information, We use commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect the information We collect. We also use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol on your account information and registration pages to protect personal information. We encrypt credit card numbers that you provide to us. No security system for data is completely secure. Therefore, Stride cannot promise that PI you supply will not be intercepted by others.
